KWA was engaged to provide a business analysis capability, working closely with the Cheniere’s technical team and end users, to: gather the requirements of the end users, design a solution that provided a web-based front-end that was ergonomic and intuitive, provide seamless integration with existing applications, migrate off-system data to the new application and facilitate business change resulting from the new application.
